Head of Productive Use of Energy (PUE)

About the role

Lead the execution and growth of Productive Use of Energy (PUE) operations, driving customer acquisition, sales performance, community engagement, product demonstrations, quality installations, collections, and after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead PUE sales and customer acquisition, achieving monthly targets.
• Coordinate community mobilization and product demonstration campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities and community stakeholders.
• Oversee quality assurance of installations and provide technical support.
• Ensure rapid after‑sales service and issue resolution.
• Manage customer documentation, contracts, and compliance processes.
• Monitor field operations, enforce SOP compliance, and identify operational risks.
• Produce performance reports and track sales and operational KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial operations.
• Experience in renewable energy, solar products, agricultural equipment, or rural distribution is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Economics, Renewable Energy or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems and sales management platforms.
• Ability to generate and analyse sales reports using reporting tools.
