Home Strategic Amplification & Regional Growth Manager

About the role

The Home Strategic Amplification & Regional Growth Manager will translate national Home priorities into locally relevant, partner‑enabled actions that drive penetration, trust and adoption across regions. Reporting to the Home Value & Growth Segment Lead, the role mobilises estates, communities, dealers and digital channels to move households through the full customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regional activation briefs outlining target household cohorts, technology routes, channel plans and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional teams to confirm priority estates, neighbourhoods, campuses and activation requirements.
• Use micro‑segmentation, household personas and regional insights to tailor activities for specific Home cohorts.
• Translate Home propositions into clear execution guidance for partners, developers, dealers and frontline teams.
• Identify and coordinate local touchpoints such as gated communities, work hubs, retail outlets and digital groups for activations.
• Manage partner inputs, materials, timelines and approvals to ensure launch readiness.
• Define clear customer actions for each activation (qualification, sign‑up, installation booking, service attach, loyalty participation, etc.).
• Work with Product, Network, Financial Services, Digital and Care teams to ensure households can discover, install and use Home offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience turning national growth priorities into regional execution plans.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams including product, network, finance and partner ecosystems.
• Experience in regional activation planning, partner coordination and community‑focused initiatives.
• Comfort with using data‑driven insights (micro‑segmentation, personas) to shape market actions.
