HORECA Sales Executive

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time HORECA Sales Executive in Ruiru. The role drives sales growth in the hospitality, institutional and commercial channels by developing new business, managing existing customers and increasing product penetration. It covers sales of tissue products, detergents and other FMCG solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and identify, prospect and acquire new customers such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, hospitals, schools, churches and institutions.
• Promote and sell tissue products, detergents and other FMCG solutions, and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives, and expand product listings across HORECA outlets.
• Build relationships with clients and key decision-makers, manage existing accounts and handle inquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Develop a pipeline of prospects, monitor competitors and market trends, and maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market updates, track visits and conversions, and support onboarding and order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in HORECA sales, preferably in tissue products, detergents or FMCG.
• Proven experience selling and listing products through HORECA channels.
• Strong understanding of customer segments such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, hospitals, schools, churches and institutions.

Required skills

• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage customer accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Strong market knowledge and business development capabilities.
