Hospitality & Brand Experience Manager

About the role

The Hospitality & Brand Experience Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of Procera Gin’s distillery experience programme. This role ensures every guest receives a premium, consistent experience that reflects the brand’s luxury standards while supporting commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of scheduled distillery experiences, ensuring adherence to service, quality and brand standards.
• Oversee service teams, coordinate operational elements, and maintain event timelines and sequencing.
• Act as the primary brand representative during experiences, delivering clear and consistent brand messaging.
• Handle bookings, guest logistics, procurement and inventory requirements for events.
• Conduct pre‑event checks and ensure the distillery environment is ready for each experience.
• Drive revenue by increasing bookings, developing relationships with tour operators and destination management companies, and identifying opportunities for private, corporate and off‑site events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality operations, premium service environments or event management.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑standard service consistently.
• Strong organisational and operational management capabilities.
• Experience leading teams in a structured service setting.
• Professional presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with international and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Based in Nairobi with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
