Hostess – Guest Service Role

About the role

Accor is seeking a friendly and attentive Hostess to join its team in Westlands, Nairobi. In this front‑of‑house position you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting smooth food‑and‑beverage service.

Key responsibilities

• Offer a professional, warm greeting to every guest.
• Provide clear, helpful information about menu items and assist with selections.
• Maintain outlet policies, service standards, and safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverages.
• Set tables, serve guests, and ensure a clean, comfortable dining environment.
