Hotel Marketing Executive

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Hotel Marketing Executive in Ngara within the hospitality industry. The role covers digital marketing, social media management, OTA optimisation, business development and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the hotel's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) by creating and scheduling daily content.
• Plan, run and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and direct bookings, and monitor online reviews and inquiries on Google My Business, TripAdvisor and social media.
• Update hotel profiles on OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb, and run online promotions to maximise occupancy during off-peak periods.
• Pitch to corporate clients, travel agents and event planners for group bookings, conferences and long-term partnerships, and work with physical marketing materials such as brochures, banners and menus.
• Maintain relationships with existing guests and corporate clients to encourage repeat business.
• Track campaign performance and ROI, and carry out market research on hospitality trends, guest preferences and competitors in Ngara and the wider Nairobi area.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in hotel, restaurant or hospitality sales and marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in both traditional and digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of hospitality sales, customer acquisition and business development.

Required skills

• Direct experience with online booking platforms (OTAs) and dedicated hospitality marketing systems.
• Experience managing social media and paid digital campaigns.
