Hotel Operations & Camp Manager – Naivasha

About the role

The Hotel Operations & Camp Manager will lead all hospitality and camp activities in Naivasha, ensuring smooth daily operations, high guest satisfaction, and financial sustainability. This position supports community and youth empowerment programmes through effective revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel and camp operations, maintaining service standards.
• Manage food & beverage cost control, inventory, and procurement.
• Drive marketing, sales, and revenue generation initiatives.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and operational dashboards.
• Supervise recruitment, training, performance management, and discipline of staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of all facilities.
• Produce regular operational and management reports.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations across multiple departments.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and public relations.
• Strong background in financial management and personnel administration is an advantage.
