HR Officer – Strategic Business Partner

About the role

The HR Officer acts as a strategic partner for assigned business units, delivering end‑to‑end HR support and guidance to leaders and employees. Working closely with management, the role aligns people strategies with business objectives, drives organisational effectiveness and enhances the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Manage employee relations, performance management and organisational development initiatives.
• Lead change‑management projects and ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Support talent management programmes, including learning and development.
• Provide HR advice on day‑to‑day operational issues and strategic HR matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR with a focus on people management.
• Smart, honest, energetic and passionate about HR.
• Willingness to be assigned to Robinsons Galleria Cebu or Robinsons Fuente Cebu.
