HR Operations Agent – EMEA

About the role

The Agent Operations HR Experience will support global HR functions, the HR hotline, and urgent operational tasks while collaborating closely with regional HR teams. This position is part of a newly built global HR team that handles time‑sensitive requests across multiple regions, leveraging AI and automation to deliver faster, smarter support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support for requests across multiple regions and time zones.
• Manage and execute global HR operational tasks throughout the employee life‑cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Serve as temporary backup for country‑specific HR operations when required.
• Handle urgent HR requests via the hotline and other channels.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools and automation to improve efficiency and solve real operational problems.
• Document processes and share best practices with regional teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR operations or a similar support function.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a compliance‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable using AI and automation tools to enhance workflows.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse cultures and time zones.
