HR Operations Generalist – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking HR Operations Generalist to support a global technology platform on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while providing essential user assistance and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clear English support via chat, email, or other channels.
• Guide users through account setup, verification, and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common account, transaction, or technical issues.
• Record interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the designated system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience in customer support, generalist support, or administrative roles.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications, especially spreadsheets.
