HR Operations Generalist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking HR Operations Generalist to join a global technology platform on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will support users throughout onboarding, account verification and day‑to‑day platform navigation, ensuring smooth and efficient experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear English support via chat, email or other channels.
• Assist users with account setup, verification and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common account, transaction or technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience in customer support, generalist or administrative roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, communication tools).
