About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking HR Operations Generalist to provide remote support for a global technology platform. This contract position involves assisting users with onboarding, troubleshooting, and general inquiries while ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clear English support via chat, email, or other communication channels.
• Guide users through account setup, verification, and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounts, transactions, or technical problems.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and feedback in the designated system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex user issues.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in customer support, generalist support, or administrative roles.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications such as email, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to work independently.
