HR Operations Generalist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking HR Operations Generalist to support a global technology platform on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while providing essential onboarding and troubleshooting assistance to users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clear English support via chat, email, or other channels.
• Guide users through account setup, verification, and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common account, transaction, and technical issues.
• Record interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the designated system.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in customer support, generalist support, or administrative roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
