About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking HR Operations Generalist to support a global technology platform on a contract basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while providing essential onboarding and troubleshooting assistance to users.

Key responsibilities

Provide clear English support to users via chat, email, or other channels.
Assist users with account setup, verification, and platform navigation.
Troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to accounts, transactions, or technical difficulties.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and user feedback.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required profile

Fluency in spoken and written English.
Prior experience in customer support, generalist support, or administrative roles.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
