About the role
We are seeking a strategic, people‑focused HR professional to lead our people agenda and strengthen performance across our growing retail network in Nairobi.
Key responsibilities
- Develop HR strategies that support business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Drive performance management, learning, and staff development.
- Oversee payroll, HR administration, and compliance with Kenyan labour laws.
- Build a positive, engaged, and high‑performing workforce across our branches.
Required profile
- Human Resource Management degree.
- CHRP qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of HR management experience.
