Human Resource Trainee – Recruitment & Onboarding Support

About the role

Join CloudPlexo’s HR team as a Human Resource Trainee and support the full employee lifecycle. This full‑time position offers structured exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, learning and development, and employee engagement within a fast‑growing cloud‑native consulting firm.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings, screen CVs, schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, prepare offer documents and support background checks.
• Handle onboarding logistics such as contracts, IT equipment requests, induction scheduling and first‑week check‑ins.
• Maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll input, leave tracking and benefits administration.
• Draft routine HR correspondence and support compliance with labour law requirements.
• Coordinate training sessions, certification schedules and track consultant skill matrices.
• Assist with performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, time‑to‑hire and training budget utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (recent graduates encouraged).
• 0–1 years of relevant experience, internships or campus HR involvement are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel.
