About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Human Resources Manager to support a global staffing and recruiting leader. The role is fully remote and focuses on answering employee inquiries, maintaining confidential HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and related documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding departing staff.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with management to address workplace issues and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a human‑resources support role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) or HR databases.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR policy frameworks.
