ICT Manager

About the role

The ICT Manager will lead the design, implementation and maintenance of the company’s digital infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure and high‑performance networks across all business units. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the ICT support team and coordinate with vendors to keep the technology environment aligned with operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define network specifications, configure routers, and manage routing protocols based on user requirements and security policies.
• Build and maintain a unified, secure digital backbone for enterprise, operations and corporate IT.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise latency, throughput and availability.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs and access controls, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance, procurement and other enterprise applications.
• Support OT systems such as SCADA, IoT sensors and predictive‑maintenance platforms.
• Administer cloud services, collaboration suites, identity & access management and endpoint protection.
• Lead the ICT support team to deliver high‑quality service desk and incident response.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 5 years of experience in ICT/network management.
• Proven ability to design, implement and secure complex network environments.
• Experience managing ERP hardware and connectivity.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
