Immigration Senior Consultant – Global Employer Services

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a dynamic Immigration Senior Consultant to join its Global Employer Services team in Nairobi. You will work closely with clients to manage immigration applications and ensure compliance with Kenyan immigration regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review client documents for accuracy and completeness before lodging applications.
• Complete and upload applications accurately into the EFNS immigration system.
• Follow up on immigration cases at immigration offices and update trackers to meet Service Level Agreements.
• Liaise with the Finance team to ensure statutory payments and government fees are processed on time.
• Support the preparation of proposals, engagement letters, and immigration alerts on legislative developments.
• Assist business development initiatives to grow the immigration portfolio.
• Coach and train junior associates as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Demonstrated experience in immigration consulting or related advisory services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the EFNS immigration system.
