In-house Counsel – Remote Corporate Attorney

About the role

We are seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join a fast‑growing technology platform as an in‑house counsel. The position is fully remote and focuses on corporate governance, compliance and transactional matters for a global leader in the internet industry.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts such as service, partnership and vendor agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance, including board and shareholder meetings and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain corporate filings, minute books, stock ledgers and certificates.
• Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Minimum five years of experience in corporate law with a focus on transactions and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
