Influencer Marketing Assistant

About the role

Simple Life is looking for a high‑energy Influencer Marketing Assistant to support the execution of influencer campaigns across the US and UK. You will work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager, handling outreach, negotiations, and coordination of scouts to ensure smooth collaborations that drive brand awareness and user acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with influencers, present collaboration opportunities, and negotiate deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
• Coordinate and supervise scouts who source potential influencers, reviewing submissions and providing feedback.
• Screen influencer profiles for relevance, audience authenticity, engagement rates, and platform fit.
• Compile and summarize campaign performance, outreach metrics, and influencer response rates for reporting.
• Maintain clear communication across all stages of influencer collaborations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the US and UK markets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple influencer activations simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and a data‑friendly mindset for reviewing metrics and budgets.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
