Information Security & Investigations Analyst

About the role

Teleperformance Kenya is hiring an Information Security & Investigations Analyst in Westlands, reporting to the Director – Information Security, Sub-Saharan Africa. The role supports the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Operational Security Management (OSM) at subsidiary level, with a primary focus on security incident management and investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Share ownership of security incident management across Sub-Saharan Africa, coordinating response under the incident response procedures (declaration, containment, reporting, recovery, post-incident review)
• Investigate incidents, events and weaknesses, conduct root cause analysis, handle evidence and document findings, and help plan corrective actions
• Partner with the Operations Security Manager on CCR evidence coordination, Security Risk Assessments (SRA) and security exceptions management
• Contribute to GISP compliance, audit and assessment preparation, and track audit findings through to closure
• Support physical security management with Facilities Management, including badge and visitor access governance, clean desk policy and guard compliance audits
• Liaise between local business units and the subsidiary audit team, and promote security awareness through training and debriefing
• Identify and mitigate compliance and security risks proactively, and perform additional duties as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, administration management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in information security compliance, data protection, security audit and risk management, physical security or an investigative role
• Foundational knowledge of information security principles and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI DSS)
• Exposure to physical security operations such as access control, badge and visitor management, or site security compliance
• Investigative or analytical skills, and preferably one of the listed certifications (CC, ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation, CompTIA Security+, PSP, PCI, CFE)
• Willingness to work on-call during emergencies and to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments
