Inside Sales Executive – Remote (Kenya)

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to engage businesses interested in hiring virtual assistants, recommend the right fit and convert them into paying clients. The role is fully remote, based in Kenya, with a 9‑hour shift from Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls via Zoom or Google Meet, understand client needs, propose suitable VA setups, explain pricing and close deals.
• Follow up with prospects through email, phone or video until a decision is made.
• Respond to website chat enquiries and schedule discovery calls.
• Cold‑call prospects to generate new leads and book discovery calls.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and deals in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Based in Kenya with excellent spoken English.
• Experience in inside sales, business development or account management, preferably running discovery calls and closing deals.
• Consultative selling style, confident discussing pricing and handling objections.
• Strong written English for emails and chat.
• Own laptop, headset, webcam, quiet workspace, stable internet and power backup.
• Willing to take occasional discovery calls up to an hour before or after the regular shift.
