Installation & After‑Sales Manager

About the role

The Installation & After‑Sales Manager is responsible for leading the local installation and after‑sales service team. You will ensure that all service processes and standards are consistently applied while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise local installation engineers and service providers.
• Manage work orders from assignment through completion and acceptance.
• Monitor installation quality, resolve customer complaints, and address after‑sales issues.
• Organise training, certification and performance evaluations for engineers.
• Implement company installation and after‑sales standards and processes at the local level.
• Prepare service reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in installation, after‑sales service, or service management.
• Proven ability to manage engineers or service teams.
• Strong customer‑complaint handling, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Good English communication for daily interaction with engineers, customers and internal teams.
• High sense of responsibility, execution capability and team‑leadership.
• Willingness to adapt to a local working environment in Africa.
