In‑Store Merchandiser – Multiple Regions in Kenya

About the role

Our client is looking for energetic, self‑driven In‑Store Merchandisers to join a fast‑moving retail team across several Kenyan regions. You will be the face of the brand inside stores, engaging customers, driving sales and ensuring product displays are attractive and well‑stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Actively greet and assist walk‑in customers, promoting products and building brand awareness.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain tidy, organized and eye‑catching product displays.
• Provide accurate product information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with store staff to maximise sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and reliable.
• Presentable appearance with a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy retail environment.
