Integration Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑moving, multi‑location field services platform that unifies several brands on a shared technology stack. We need an Integration Specialist to connect ServiceTitan with our broader ecosystem, ensuring data moves accurately, reliably, and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain integrations between ServiceTitan and adjacent systems using APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
• Document data flows, reconcile fields, and define transformation rules.
• Monitor integration health, diagnose failures, and resolve data mismatches promptly.
• Support onboarding of newly acquired locations by mapping and migrating data onto the shared ServiceTitan environment.
• Gather requirements, write clear specifications, and keep integration documentation up to date.
• Implement data‑quality checks and lightweight QA processes.
• Leverage scripting and AI‑assisted tools to accelerate mapping, testing, and cleanup.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, IT, and vendor support teams to keep integrations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with ServiceTitan, preferably its API and integration configuration.
• Proven track record building or maintaining integrations via native connectors or middleware such as Zapier, Make, or Workato.
• Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and structured data formats (JSON, CSV); SQL or scripting knowledge is a strong plus.
• Fluent, professional English – both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for tracing data issues to their root cause.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Collaborative, low‑ego communication style.
