IT & Development Assistant for Youth‑Focused Nonprofit

About the role

The International Transformation Foundation (ITF) is seeking an enthusiastic IT & Development Assistant to support its technology infrastructure and digital communications. This volunteer position will help the organization deliver its youth‑development programs more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design publications and digital materials for ITF’s projects.
• Provide basic help‑desk support to staff and volunteers.
• Assist with troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
• Perform regular hardware maintenance and upkeep.
• Develop simple internal applications and tools.
• Manage the organization’s information systems and communications network.
• Contribute to the creation of strategic ICT plans.
• Stay informed about emerging ICT trends relevant to nonprofits and youth development.

Required profile

• Age between 18 and 30.
• Commitment to at least one year of full‑time service.
• Passion for youth development and nonprofit work.
• Strong interest in technology and innovation.
• Currently enrolled in or completed at least the second year of an ICT‑related university program.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to conduct basic training sessions.
