About the role
The IT Platform Support Operations Specialist works within the Digital Business unit of NCBA's Operations department, reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Platform Support Operations. There is one position available in Nairobi, closing on 8 November 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first-level support on all service requests and incidents escalated according to the IT service support model.
- Ensure daily Close of Business (COB) activities are carried out across all core platforms as per documented procedures.
- Apply incident and problem management processes to resolve incidents or provide appropriate workarounds for problems.
- Proactively and continuously improve support for the Fintech's internal and external customers.
