IT Presales Consultant – German Language

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Presales Consultant who is fluent in German to join our team delivering digital transformation solutions to governments and international organisations across four continents. The role involves managing public tenders from analysis to submission, with the flexibility to work from any office or remotely within the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of company projects, procedures, technologies and capabilities.
• Request and analyse tender specifications, identify inconsistencies, ask clarification questions and ensure completeness.
• Coordinate with technical, legal and other teams to collect inputs and translate them into German.
• Write and review tender documents, guaranteeing timely readiness and final submission.
• Monitor tender timelines and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Informatics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken German (native or C2 level) and English at least C1.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Required skills

• Experience in presales, project management, software development or IT consulting.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT terminology.
• Additional language skills such as French or Greek are a plus.
