IT Support Technician

About the role

PC Construction is looking for a motivated, customer‑focused IT Support Technician to join its employee‑owned team. The role involves solving technical challenges, supporting end users, and expanding IT services across regional offices and job sites.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and remove users and devices for applications such as Microsoft Office and Egnyte.
• Maintain device and software inventory in corporate asset tracking systems.
• Manage hardware and software through Microsoft Intune.
• Provide primary Help Desk support and own ticket management.
• Administer cellular contracts, plan revisions and Apple MDM for mobile devices.
• Maintain corporate device protection schemas, including antivirus, malware and web proxy services.
• Source, order and coordinate internet services with providers.
• Troubleshoot and maintain network printers, switches, routers, wireless access points, projector and video‑conferencing systems, and IP phone systems.
• Lead new‑employee orientation and deliver user training on network capabilities and software.
• Perform remote site installation and support for data and communication networks.
• Travel to regional offices and job sites as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with business partners.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations.
