About the role
Blue Oak Consulting is seeking a Junior AI Implementation Specialist to support a regional fintech provider as it expands. The role sits at the intersection of financial analysis and technical deployment, ensuring that new automated systems align with the client’s commercial objectives and financial logic.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial data sets to spot inconsistencies before they feed automated models.
- Test assumptions used in credit scoring and risk‑assessment calculations.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to document the impact of automated decisions on the client’s P&L.
- Monitor performance of newly deployed tools to prevent unexpected friction in the customer experience.
- Prepare clear, jargon‑free reports that explain model behavior to stakeholders.
- Verify that automated pricing updates are consistent with broader portfolio economics.
- Audit historical transaction data to establish baselines for new machine‑learning initiatives.
- Track real‑world outcomes against initial financial projections during the execution phase.
