Junior Key Account Manager – Neuroscience (Kenya)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Janssen is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager for its Neuroscience portfolio in Nairobi. You will act as a partner and solutions provider for healthcare professionals, ensuring the availability and appropriate use of Janssen neuroscience products across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an up‑to‑date map of key neuroscience stakeholders within the assigned territory.
• Visit hospitals, private clinics, wholesalers and retail pharmacies regularly to inform them about treatment options.
• Effectively sell the value proposition of Janssen Neuroscience products to meet the needs of mental health and neurology customers.
• Become the subject‑matter expert on therapy areas, company and competitor products.
• Establish and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Organise and present at local healthcare professional meetings to promote appropriate product use.

Required profile

• Report to the Commercial Lead and contribute to creating an environment that drives commercial success.
• Ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Interest in neuroscience and mental health therapeutic areas.
