Lead AI Generative Designer

About the role

This is a hands‑on leadership position focused on creating high‑quality, realistic AI‑generated visual content at scale. You will own the quality of generated images while continuously improving realism, visual polish, approval rates and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality and consistency of AI‑generated visual content across production workflows.
• Build and optimise scalable generative‑AI image‑production pipelines using platforms such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ComfyUI, WaveSpeed and ChatGPT.
• Design, maintain and automate repeatable ComfyUI workflows for batch generation and processing.
• Integrate APIs, n8n, scripts and AI‑assisted coding to reduce manual effort and increase production volume.
• Research, evaluate and run experiments on emerging generative‑AI models, tools and techniques.
• Define technical direction, align content streams around shared standards and establish reliable production systems.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience producing realistic visual content with generative AI, especially images of people, models or avatars.
• Senior‑level ownership with the ability to operate independently and design processes rather than one‑off solutions.
• Deep visual taste and understanding of realism, composition, anatomy, lighting and artifact mitigation.
• Proven problem‑solving, experimentation and objective evaluation of new technologies.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical and creative recommendations.
