Lead Product Content Manager

About the role

We are building a revolutionary AI‑driven health product that helps users improve their nutrition and fitness in a fun, engaging way. As the Lead Product Content Manager you will own the end‑to‑end content programming for Simple Move, shaping the roadmap, designing workout programs, and driving the metrics that prove they work.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve key product metrics such as trial conversion, retention, and workout completion rates.
• Define and manage the coach persona across all touchpoints, including chat, workouts, and push notifications.
• Run a rapid experimentation loop to generate, prioritize, ship, and evaluate new content hypotheses.
• Design the conversation system for user‑coach chat (AI, human‑in‑the‑loop, or hybrid) and experiment to boost next‑workout and retention outcomes.
• Set the topic roadmap and 6‑week block structure in partnership with the SME Content Methodologist.
• Create workout, weekly, and 6‑week program designs with external master trainers.
• Evolve the in‑product programming experience, from discovery to feedback and daily nudges.
• Scale content production with the Content Producer, balancing speed, cost, and quality across studio shoots and AI‑generated assets.
• Analyze product data directly to uncover retention and engagement opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong background in product ownership and content programming for digital health or wellness products.
• Proven ability to define personas, run experiments, and iterate based on data.
• Experience collaborating with subject‑matter experts, master trainers, and production teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with comfort analyzing product metrics without a proxy.
