Lead Product Designer – Hands‑on Design Leader

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Lead Product Designer to drive the creation, prototyping, and evolution of digital products and experiences. The role blends strategic thinking with practical execution, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑impact designs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional partners and clients to define project needs and move work forward.
• Set and uphold design standards, develop guidelines, and codify best practices.
• Concept, iterate, prototype, and test solutions that are strategic, elegant, and simple.
• Distill complex systems into inventive, user‑focused designs through experimentation.
• Ground design decisions in deep client understanding and strategic insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading design teams to ship successful digital products.
• Track record of managing, training, and mentoring designers with clear direction.
• Ability to unblock challenging problems and guide teams toward innovative solutions.
• Strong verbal and visual presentation skills to communicate process, approach, and impact.
