Key responsibilities
- Process vehicle lease applications and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain lease agreements and customer records.
- Respond to customer leasing inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Monitor lease payments, follow up on overdue accounts and maintain accurate payment records.
- Coordinate vehicle handovers, inspections, and returns.
- Assist customers transitioning from leasing to lease‑to‑own arrangements.
- Liaise with Finance, Sales and After‑Sales teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
- Prepare regular leasing reports and support the Leasing Manager as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in leasing, vehicle sales, fleet management, finance or customer service.
