About the role
We are seeking a Legal Officer to support our Fund of Funds commitments and the structuring of investment vehicles for Investisseurs & Partenaires (FASA). Working closely with the CFO and programme director, you will advise on fund investments, conduct legal due diligence and ensure robust governance across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Review and draft fund agreements, private-placement memoranda, side letters and related documentation.
- Coordinate legal due‑diligence processes for fund commitments.
- Support the structuring and governance of investment vehicles, particularly in Mauritius, Luxembourg and France.
- Manage relationships with external counsel and oversee legal documentation throughout the investment lifecycle.
Required profile
- Law degree or admission to the bar with approximately five years of post‑qualification experience.
- Demonstrated experience in fund formation and investment‑documentation, including familiarity with AIFMD and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
