About the role
The Living Wellness Practitioner will create and deliver transformative holistic experiences for guests in a luxury lodge environment. This role integrates yoga, meditation, breathwork and therapeutic massage, ensuring safety, professionalism and adherence to international best‑practice standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality private and group yoga sessions tailored to guests’ abilities, experience and wellness goals.
- Facilitate meditation, mindfulness and relaxation sessions that promote wellbeing.
- Lead safe, structured breathwork sessions following recognised safety practices.
- Provide therapeutic massage experiences aligned with guest needs.
- Create engaging, inclusive and personalised wellness experiences for guests.
Required profile
- Minimum 200‑hour internationally recognised Yoga Teacher Training qualification.
- Advanced Yoga Therapy qualification (e.g., 800‑hour programme) preferred.
- Breathwork certification (200–400 hours) and meditation/mindfulness certification.
- Recognised therapeutic massage or bodywork qualification.
- 2–5 years experience in luxury hospitality, retreats or high‑end wellness resorts.
