About the role
The Loan Officer will manage Bodaboda loan collections, conduct field visits, update records and prepare recovery reports. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Nairobi.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on overdue Bodaboda loan repayments.
- Conduct field visits to borrowers.
- Update collection records and prepare recovery reports.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma or KCSE certificate.
- At least 2 years experience in debt collection, loan recovery or short‑term loan sales, preferably in micro‑finance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Required skills
- Understanding of logbook loans and lending processes.
- Ability to negotiate repayments and meet recovery targets.
