About the role
The Loan Sales Agent will promote loan products, engage prospective clients, and guide them through the application process. This role involves assessing creditworthiness, managing loan records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Market loan products and meet with interested clients to initiate applications.
- Collect KYC documents, assess creditworthiness, and calculate risk ratios.
- Process loan applications using the core banking system and maintain accurate records.
- Manage repeat and top‑up clients, organizing follow‑up meetings.
- Monitor repayment progress and report any concerns.
- Ensure all loan activities comply with SOPs, state laws, and company policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 1.5 years experience as a Sales Agent.
- Diploma or Degree in a business‑related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to build client relationships.
