Local Territory Representative (LTR) Oversight Specialist

About the role

The Local Territory Representative (LTR) Oversight Specialist will act as the primary regulatory liaison for Meditech and Consumer Healthcare products across assigned regions. Working closely with corporate strategy, sales teams and external regulatory authorities, the role ensures market access and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all regulatory authority activities, including product registration, variations, renewals and retention.
• Develop and implement regional regulatory procedures for existing and new products.
• Lead the preparation, review and submission of technical documentation in line with corporate strategies.
• Provide regulatory expertise during project development to integrate compliance requirements.
• Coordinate multiple projects, track submission timelines and deliver regular status reports.
• Support inspections, audits, post‑market activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure product health and safety compliance with international standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology (or related field).
• 2‑5 years of experience in medical device regulatory affairs, covering devices, IVDs and medical software.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to interact credibly with senior stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently or within a team under general supervision.
