Management Trainee Program 2027

About the role

Capwell Industries Limited is seeking ambitious graduates for its 12‑month Management Trainee Program starting January 2027. Trainees will rotate across key business functions, work on real projects and develop the capabilities needed for future leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to business projects and strategic initiatives across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Analyze business data, generate insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper) or Master’s degree, graduated 2024‑2026 with ≤2 years work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated leadership potential.
• Adaptable, proactive and able to work at any Capwell site in Kenya.
