Manager, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering to lead a global, fully remote team responsible for the infrastructure behind a mission‑critical SaaS platform. You will combine technical leadership, cloud expertise, and people management to build reliable, scalable, and secure systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers who design, build, and operate production cloud infrastructure.
• Guide the architecture and evolution of Kubernetes‑based, multi‑cloud environments.
• Ensure infrastructure meets high standards for reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product, security, support, and engineering leadership to enable safe, efficient software delivery.
• Drive automation, developer tooling, and platform capabilities to support growth without added complexity.
• Establish AI‑enabled processes for automation, incident analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Balance immediate operational needs with long‑term platform evolution and innovation.
• Coach engineers, manage priorities, and foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience leading engineers who build and operate production infrastructure for SaaS products.
• Strong background in platform engineering, Kubernetes, and multi‑cloud environments.
• Hands‑on technical expertise combined with proven people‑management skills.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering practices and AI‑driven operations.
