About the role

The Manager, Home & Digital Health Services will lead the development and scaling of home‑based and digital healthcare offerings at Aga Khan University Hospital. The role focuses on translating strategic digital initiatives into sustainable services, driving patient volume growth, and ensuring high‑quality, safe delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for Home Health and Digital Health Services, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, patient access, scheduling, care coordination and service delivery.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase patient volumes, referrals, utilization and revenue, while identifying new markets and service opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with physicians, corporates, insurers, technology providers and other strategic partners to generate referral and commercial opportunities.
• Operationalize new technologies and technology‑enabled care models, coordinating pilots, implementation, adoption and scale‑up.
• Establish quality and risk controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory, digital health, privacy and information‑security standards.
• Design and continuously improve patient‑centered journeys across home, digital and related services using feedback and service data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, health sciences, nursing, pharmacy, engineering, operations, technology management or related field.
• Post‑graduate qualification (MBA, MHA, MPH) is an advantage.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial, service‑line, operations, business development or digital health role.
• Proven experience in business development, partnership development, commercial management and launching or scaling new services or technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and manage budgets, pricing, revenue targets and financial sustainability.
