Manager, Learning Measurement

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Manager, Learning Measurement to lead the Education Cannot Wait Acceleration Facility Grant – Measuring what Matters (MwM). The role focuses on generating and using multi‑year resilience programme teaching and learning data to drive sector‑wide action, while supporting broader global outcomes measurement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the MwM initiative, ensuring timely, high‑quality, on‑budget and compliant delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, donors, and internal teams to support project implementation.
• Coordinate technical inputs, verify data quality standards, and facilitate technical discussions.
• Own project timelines, roles, and responsibilities, driving impact across complex, high‑visibility programmes.
• Contribute to other global measurement awards and education data strategy as capacity allows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning measurement, education data analysis, or related fields.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering large‑scale, multi‑year initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholders in hybrid or remote settings.
• Understanding of humanitarian and education contexts is preferred.
