Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communications

About the role

Jubilee Holdings Limited, part of the Jubilee Group (the largest composite insurer in East Africa, listed on the Nairobi, Dar es Salaam and Uganda stock exchanges), is hiring a Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communications. The role reports to the Group Head – Marketing and Corporate Communications and is based at the Head Office in Nairobi. The manager develops, plans, implements and evaluates integrated marketing, brand management, corporate communications, media relations and stakeholder engagement strategies that support the Group's business growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies, annual plans, campaign calendars and budgets, and drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement
• Manage marketing campaigns, brand assets and collateral, and lead brand awareness initiatives
• Run internal and external communications, press releases, executive profiling and crisis response, and monitor corporate reputation
• Lead digital marketing across social media, web, content, email and paid channels, and use analytics to optimise campaigns
• Manage agencies, sponsors, partnerships and supplier contracts, and build relationships with regulators and industry associations
• Support the communication of sustainability, ESG and corporate citizenship initiatives
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies and brand governance, and support audit requirements
• Build team capability, coach staff and foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture
