About the role
VisionSpring is seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead to drive data‑informed decisions across its marketing, demand generation, sales, and product development functions. The role will shape the organization’s evidence‑based strategy to expand access to affordable eyeglasses for low‑income consumers.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee core data, research, and analytics processes for marketing and sales.
- Form and manage strategic partnerships with research agencies, consultants, and internal teams.
- Provide analytical insights that support strategic decisions and program scaling.
- Collaborate with the Global Program Office and Marketing & Communications teams.
- Report to the Associate Director, Research & Evaluation and the VP, Marketing & Communications.
Required profile
- Mission‑driven, entrepreneurial leader with a focus on long‑term outcomes.
- Analytical thinker who loves understanding market behavior through data.
- Customer‑centric mindset that centers projects on defined value propositions.
- Ability to scale insights from small pilots to millions of users.

- Resource mobilizer capable of building evidence‑based cases for support.
