Marketing & Branding Manager (Uganda)

About the role

The Marketing & Branding Manager will lead all marketing and branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence in Uganda, boost customer engagement and support sustainable growth. This senior‑level position reports to senior management and works closely with commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate and execute promotional campaigns across relevant channels.
• Increase brand visibility and customer engagement through targeted activities.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor actions and analyse industry trends.
• Coordinate creation of marketing materials, events and promotional initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, generate reports and provide insights for optimisation.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support revenue targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing or branding experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of brand management and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, creativity and analytical abilities.
