Marketing Coordinator – Urgent – Printing & Packaging Supplier

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join a leading supplier and distributor of printing, packaging, and graphic arts solutions in East Africa. The role is urgent and focuses on driving both digital and traditional marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update the company website, social media channels, and email marketing tools.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, product sheets, presentations, and newsletters.
• Support the sales team with lead generation, marketing tools, and customer engagement activities.
• Track and report on performance metrics including ROI, campaign effectiveness, and lead conversion.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor actions within the print and packaging sector.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, and trade shows across Kenya and the wider East African region.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and liaise with external agencies, designers, and printers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Professional certification in digital marketing is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years hands‑on experience in a marketing role, preferably within printing, packaging, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing environments.
