Marketing Database Assistant

About the role

Arnold & Porter is looking for a detail‑oriented Marketing Database Assistant to support the firm’s Marketing Department. The role focuses on maintaining the Litera Foundation experience database, ensuring that Marketing and Business Development teams have accurate, up‑to‑date information for client development, pitches, rankings, and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and manage experience data in Litera Foundation.
• Validate data for migrations, resolve quality issues, and recommend enhancements to data structures and workflows.
• Create and maintain customized experience lists for proposals, pitches, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Business Development professionals to understand data needs and improve processes.
• Extract experience descriptions for Chambers and Legal 500 submissions.
• Support additional marketing technology initiatives such as email platforms, CRM systems, website content, and reporting.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous administrative, database, or data‑entry experience.
• Typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office applications.
• Litera Foundation (experience database) or similar data‑management systems.
• Data entry and data‑quality review.
